La Hacienda
Paredes rojas, siglo dieciocho, y la puerta abierta. Red walls, eighteenth century, door open.
We are a traditional Mexican family, proud of our country and our way of living. We grew up in the Hidalgo countryside with our horses, our cooking and the rhythms of rural life, and we want you to live it for at least one day.
Hacienda Santo Tomás was built at the end of the 18th century and still keeps some of its original furniture. Around it: magueys, pulque history, the Tecajete volcano on the horizon, and room for you at the table.
About seven hours at the hacienda, from breakfast to the main meal. Every guest gets the same deck.

El que lo porta, lo porta con orgullo.

Del maguey al jarro, sin ninguna prisa.
